We've noticed that it's really hard to find rings of our likings and sometimes rings and other accessories are quite costly.
Therefore, we've set our prices at a more reasonable and affordable pricing.

HOW TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR ACCESSORIES

Especially if you've skin allergy, do take note of the followings:

Sterilise the ring base if possible.

Do not stay in contact with perfume or water, so as to prevent rust.

Place your rings/accessories in a box to prevent dust.

We assure you that our goods when delivered are in perfect condition and if there is any defects you are welcome to inform us via email with the picture of the ring. Upon 2 days receiving our goods, we will not be held any responsible if any of the goods are damaged.

P/s: Meet-ups are only when we are free! Only at Pasir Ris E!Hub!

And meet-ups are only available depending on our schedule. But definitely, optioning for postage is the best. :)

Once you've submitted your order forms, it will then be a confirmed order.
Payments have to be made within 48hours, otherwise will be made available to other buyers.
No reservations as our items are limited. Once backing out, will be listed as deadbuyer.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR DISCOUNTS. WE WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Trades or refunds are not allowed.

Due to our limited stocks as they are all handmade and handpicked.

Postages
Normal Postage: $0.60 per item.
Registered Postage: Additional of $3.00 to the total amount you purchased + normal postage per item.

Delivery
JOYCO-ALLEY will not be responsible for any items lost during the process of delivery.
Prices are exclusive of postage unless stated and are strictly non-negotiable.
For postages, Boxes will be provided. Prices are inclusive of boxes.
There will strictly be no deduction of prices unless we stated so.

Delivery for bouquets
Delivery for bouquet will be delivered by hand, meetups will be conducted within a week.

Gifts for a friend
If you're giving it to a friend as a gift, we will get you a pretty ring box/necklace box but you have to add an additional amount :)
Ring box at $1.00.
Necklace Box at $2.00.
