We assure you that our goods when delivered are in perfect condition and if there is any defects

ORDERS
Once you've submitted your order forms, it will then be a confirmed order.
Payments have to be made within 48hours, otherwise will be made available to other buyers.
No reservations as our items are limited. Once backing out, will be listed as deadbuyer.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR DISCOUNTS. WE WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO.
Trades or refunds are not allowed.
First pay first serve basis.
Due to our limited stocks as they are all handmade and handpicked.
Payments are to be made after we've replied your order form.
Once confirmed, no backing out :)
Payments
We accept both POSB Bank Transfer & UOB Bank Transfer.
Please send us your ATM ref no. or a snapshot of your receipt for reference after payment.
Postages
Normal Postage: $0.60 per item.
Registered Postage: Additional of $3.00 to the total amount you purchased + normal postage per item.
Delivery
JOYCO-ALLEY will not be responsible for any items lost during the process of delivery.
Prices are exclusive of postage unless stated and are strictly non-negotiable.
For postages, Boxes will be provided. Prices are inclusive of boxes.
There will strictly be no deduction of prices unless we stated so.
Delivery for bouquets
Delivery for bouquet will be delivered by hand, meetups will be conducted within a week.
Gifts for a friend
If you're giving it to a friend as a gift, we will get you a pretty ring box/necklace box but you have to add an additional amount :)
Ring box at $1.00.
Necklace Box at $2.00.
DO TAKE NOTE THAT JOYCO-ALLEY RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO CHANGE THE PRICES AT ANY TIME.
